This presentation is a resource for members and others interested in writing their own masonic research paper. The topic: Taverns, Inns, and Punch: An Evidence-Based Approach to Researching and Writing about Local History will be presented by WB Leland Moore. Following the presentation, Br. Larry Bowman will unveil the lodge’s new style guide.

The presentation is designed to equip attendees with the tools to create their own evidence-based scholarly work. The presenter will cover critical thinking, research methods, sources, and the writing process with a focus on local masonic history. The presenter will also explore several case studies demonstrating that an evidence-based approach can be both fun and rewarding.
